1. Products and Availability

We make every reasonable effort to display product colors, designs, descriptions, and sizes accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed before the purchase is completed.

Full payment is required when an order is placed. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed using an incorrect price. If this occurs after payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, customers should receive an email confirmation. An order confirmation does not guarantee that every item is available. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, or incorrect customer information.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, email address, shipping address, and payment information.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled before processing begins. Because orders may enter production or fulfillment shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation or change request will be approved.

Once an order has been processed, printed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Preorders

Products identified as preorders are purchased before they are ready to ship. Any estimated release or shipping date is an estimate and may change because of production, inventory, or carrier delays.

If a preorder is delayed, customers will be notified and given any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law. Orders containing preorder and in-stock products may be shipped together when the preorder becomes available.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and shipping times are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. Sonja D. Edwards is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

When legally required, customers will be notified of significant shipping delays and given the option to accept the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier and notify us promptly if a delivered package cannot be located.

7. Return and Refund Policy

Because our T-shirts may be printed or prepared specifically for each customer, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from the item ordered.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Ordering the wrong size, color, design, or quantity;

• Changing your mind after the order has been processed;

• Normal differences between screen colors and the physical product;

• Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, alteration, or use;

• Items that have been worn, washed, stained, altered, or damaged by the customer;

• Packages sent to an address incorrectly entered by the customer; or

• Shipping delays outside our reasonable control after an order has been properly shipped.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right required by applicable law.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact [INSERT CUSTOMER-SERVICE EMAIL] within seven calendar days of delivery.

Your request must include:

• Your full name;

• Your order number;

• A description of the problem;

• Clear photographs of the item and packaging; and

• A photograph of the shipping label, when requested.

After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund. Do not return an item without receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the entire order was damaged, incorrect, defective, canceled before shipment, or a refund of those charges is otherwise required by law.

9. Size Exchanges

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before purchasing. Size exchanges are not guaranteed.

If a size exchange is approved, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from odors, and in its original condition. The customer may be responsible for return shipping and the cost of shipping the replacement item. Personalized, limited-edition, clearance, and final-sale products are not eligible for exchange.

10. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be submitted to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional business days to post the refund to the customer’s account.

Refunds required because an order was not shipped will be handled in accordance with applicable law and will not be replaced solely with store credit unless the customer agrees or the law permits it.
